At Rye 51, we take pride in our small-batch production and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garments don't fit perfectly, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the return label, and drop the package off at any authorized UPS location.

Processing and Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
